This museum is a must-see! It will give you historical information in a time-line format, tracing local history from before the dinosaur era to today. Children especially love to visit, especially the robotized dinosaur, Megamunch.

The Earth Sciences Gallery depicts 2 billion years of geological history; and the Life Science Galleries give you a perspective on the history of Saskatchewan’s ecosystem and the impact humans have had on them. The fossil station is a favorite too. The First Nations Gallery shows the life of the province’s first native people. Here you can see a tipi camp and bison kill, and hear about the native traditions.

This museum is free and is located at College Ave. and Albert Street in the northwest corner of Wascana Centre.
